Karen has more than 20 years experience in marketing, specializing in brand development, and concept creative. She founded the agency in 1994 and has nurtured it from a one-person shop to a thriving, award-winning agency. A trained artist and business veteran, Karen is an integral asset to every project. You can rest assured she will fiercely watch-dog your brand and make sure your project is on target, in budget, and on time.
Adam has over 25 years of professional experience, including 10 years in technology and 15 in marketing, business development, and sales. He is an award-winning writer and marketer who has been instrumental in launching brands with companies such as Kodak, Pinnacle Systems, and Aruba Networks. Adam will add that special spark to your message and think of new and innovative ways to reach and capture the hearts and minds of those in your audience.
Paul has more than 25 years of management experience at Pacific Bell and AT&T. He also ran a flight training operation for private pilots, and owned and operated a charter airline service. At Oya, Paul is responsible for making sure things at Oya run smoothly both financially and technologically.
Irene has over 12 years of business experience in advertising and marketing. After graduating from UCSB with a BA in Communications, she began her career at Saatchi & Saatchi in San Francisco. Irene has top-notch skills in strategic advertising and account management. At Oya, Irene manages several strategic accounts and large scale projects.
Lesley is an accomplished hands-on designer with international experience in the creative industry. She completed the Communication Design Honors program at NSCAD University in Canada, earning a Bachelor of Design degree. Working in advertising agencies and design firms in San Francisco and Toronto, she has over 6 years of experience in the branding industry. Integrating her knowledge of print, web, and digital video media is what drives her design process ahead of the competition.
